Terms

The short version, in the order it usually matters. The formal terms replace this page before general availability.

Billing

• Braven is billed per Discord server, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.
• Every install starts with 14 days of Pro. No card is required to begin.
• A failed payment keeps paid features live for three days before the server drops to Free.
• Cancelling stops the renewal and leaves your configuration alone. Downgrading never deletes anything.

What Braven is

• A Discord bot. It does not connect to FiveM game servers and cannot issue or lift in-game bans.
• Not affiliated with Discord or Cfx.re. You remain responsible for following their terms in your own community.

Your responsibilities

• You decide who has staff roles, and therefore who can read tickets, transcripts and player records in your server.
• You are responsible for what your team does with member data Braven stores on your behalf, including anything exported from a transcript.

Availability

Braven is built to fail in the safe direction: infrastructure trouble degrades a server to the free tier rather than erroring at a staff member mid-shift. That is a design goal, not a guarantee of uptime, and no service level is promised at this stage.
